Richard D. Pally was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Southern California. He spent 25 years on the Big Island of Hawai'i before moving to O'ahu. Richard has been a dedicated real estate professional since 2006, bringing a wealth of experience and local knowledge to his clients. He holds several key designations, including Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), Green Certified Real Estate Professional (Green), and Short Sale and Foreclosure (SFR).

These designations enable Richard to provide specialized services:

• BPOR: Richard can offer accurate property valuations, helping clients make informed decisions whether buying or selling.
• Green: Richard is knowledgeable about sustainable and energy-efficient homes, guiding clients who prioritize eco-friendly living.

In addition to his real estate expertise, Richard is an ASE Certified Auto Mechanic and previously owned and operated a repair shop for a decade. His diverse background and commitment to excellence make him a trusted advisor in the real estate market.

Outside of real estate, Richard enjoys Latin dancing, hiking, biking, spending time at the beach, and gardening. He has taught at the Arthur Murray Dance Studio and continues to pursue his passions in his free time.

Richard currently resides in Waikiki with his cat, Zeke.
